PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT IN MANY CASES OUR COVERS HAVEN’T FAILED.  IT COULD BE SNAG POINTS THAT EVENTUALLY WEAR DOWN AND CREATE RIPS AND HOLES.  THE WRONG SIZE COVER WITH TOO MUCH SLACK CAN RESULT IN A CONSTANT FRICTION SITUATION WHERE A FOOTPEG OR HANDLEBAR END WILL EVENTUALLY POKE A SMALL HOLE THROUGH THE COVER THAT WILL SPREAD INTO A TEAR.  HOWEVER, WE ARE SUCH AN AWESOME COMPANY THAT IF THESE THINGS DO HAPPEN, WE WILL EXPLAIN WHAT THE CAUSES ARE, EXACTLY WHAT WE FEEL HAS HAPPENED AND EITHER APPROVE THE CLAIM ANYWAY OR OFFER A 50% DISCOUNT OFF OF A NEW COVER.  USUALLY DEPENDS ON THE AGE OF THE COVER, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO BE SELECTIVE.  PLEASE COMPLY WITH THE HANDLE AND CARE OF THE COVER AS LISTED BELOW:

INSTALLATION:

#1 Caution: Wait for motorcycle to cool

down before installing cover!

#2 Unfold cover and locate “FRONT” tag indi-

cating the front of the cover.

#3 Starting in the front of the motorcycle, pull

the cover down over the windshield and tuck

the elastic hem below the center of the wheel.

#4 Working toward the rear of the motorcy-

cle, slide the cover down the sides, avoiding

“snag” points.

Caution: Do not place in washing machine

and do not wring or twist the cover to re-

move moisture. Do not under any circum-

stances place this cover in a dryer. Failure to

comply with the above directions may re-

duce the life of your cover.

This cover is not designed for covering your motorcycle while it is being transported under any

circumstances. Doing so will void your lifetime guarantee.

This cover must be completely removed prior to starting or operating your motorcycle. Failure to do so can result in serious injury and will potentially damage the merchandise. In severe windy conditions “ballooning” of the cover may occur which could cause the motorcycle to tip over. Our ventilation system makes this less likely however, it is not 100%. As a precaution, shelter the motorcycle whenever there is a threat of high winds such as in a hurricane or tornado. If Shelter is not an option it is recommended that you place your motorcycle behind a fort, such as a house, building or structure away from the direction of the storm and or winds. Attaching a bungee cord or cable through the durably sewn cut-outs in addition to securing the luggage strap, may also help prevent “ballooning” and or “tip over” in high winds.

In most cases the cover should be long enough to allow the hem to fully lay below the rear wheel.

Care should also be taken to avoid placing the material against hot engine components, as burning or melting damage may occur.

Caution: Mirrors, Pipes, shifters, brakes and foot pegs are common areas that may wear. Do not allow fabric to “snag” around them. Antennas can cause puncturing of the cover – use extreme care.

Luggage strap is provided to enable you to secure the cover underneath the motorcycle.

Storage: This cover comes with a complimentary storage bag. It is the cover’s storage bag and

should be used for external storage when the cover is not in use or as a tote bag to transport the

cover. Fold the cover lengthwise until it is approximately 8” across. Fold/roll toward the rear. In-

vert bag, stuff inside and pull draw string closed. Your cover requires very little maintenance. Normal dirt and grime should be brushed off with a soft terry cloth or removed with warm water and a mild detergent using a sponge or terry cloth. The cover should be thoroughly dried before using.
